Animal Rescue outraged after Longueuil police officer shoots wounded deer more than a dozen times

Animal Rescue in Longueuil is looking the actions of a Longueuil police (SPAL) officer "outrageous" after the officer was filmed capturing a deer a number of occasions whereas it was on the bottom. SPAL communications spokesperson Francois Boucher stated that on Feb. 19, a involved citizen referred to as the police a few wounded deer close to Michel-Chartrand Park and that it was shot 13 occasions.
