City names first housing developer for Hippodrome site

The Metropolis of Montreal has named the primary developer chosen to construct on the deserted Hippodrome website within the Cote-des-Neiges—Notre-Dame-de-Grace borough. On Saturday, the town stated Espace La Traversée was tapped to construct between 200 and 250 reasonably priced flats on the former racetrack website, which closed in 2009.
