Coroner's inquest finds Laval long-term care residents dehydrated, starving and rarely cleaned

A number of residents of the Sainte-Dorothee long-term care house (CHSLD) have been virtually dehydrated and close to ravenous earlier than their dying, in response to an occupational therapist who testified Monday at coroner Gehane Kamel's public inquiry into the deaths of aged or weak individuals in residential amenities through the first wave of COVID-19.
