Freezing rain and heavy snow for parts of Quebec

A Texas low is shifting into the province and it is bringing a combined bag of precipitation with it. Setting and Local weather Change Canada has issued freezing rain warnings that cowl Japanese Ontario and elements of Quebec, primarily north of the Saint-Lawrence.
