Geneva museum returns sacred objects to Haudenosaunee Confederacy

A museum in Switzerland has returned two sacred objects that have been taken with out consent almost two centuries in the past from the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) confederacy this month. The Haudenosaunee Exterior Relations Committee requested the Geneva Museum of Ethnography (MEG) to return a masks and rattle that have been displayed within the museum's 'Archive of Human Variety' exhibit.
