Historic Black community centre in Montreal to get new life

For many years, many in Little Burgundy's Black group have dreamed of rebuilding the historic Negro Group Centre. Now, these goals are one step nearer to actuality: The Centre for Canadians of African Descent (CCAD), has bought the vacant lot the place the NCC as soon as stood, intending handy it over to the group ultimately.
