Mid-week thaw coming to southern Quebec after storm passes through

Quebecers in a number of areas will see a mid-week thaw as temperatures soar into the vacation weekend. For the primary time in days, there isn't any climate warning for southern Quebec after the area was pounded with blizzard-like circumstances and energy outages that affected greater than 560,000 households province-wide.
