Montreal group calling for ban to police street checks

A Montreal non-profit is launching a marketing campaign calling on Quebec to ban police road checks. The freedoms and rights league (LDL) revealed the "Police Road Checks in Quebec, a Apply to Ban" handbook along with the decision to ban the apply the group says "infringes on numerous rights and freedoms and is a dimension of racial and social profiling."
