Ninth case of rare blood clot recorded in Quebec after woman receives AstraZeneca vaccine

Quebec is reporting a ninth individual has skilled vaccine-induced immune thrombotic thrombocytopenia (VITT) after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine.
