Operation Nez rouge -- or Operation Purple Nostril, because it's recognized outdoors Quebec -- is again for the month of December. Initially based in Quebec, the driving service helps forestall impaired driving in the course of the holidays; and with no COVID-19 restrictions and extra social gatherings, it is anticipating a busy season.
