Racially-profiled man challenges Longueuil to present race-based police data, threatens suit

A person who was racially profiled by police in Longueuil, Que. is threatening to take the town to courtroom. He claims the town has failed to gather race-based knowledge on visitors stops as promised. He says he'll take authorized motion if it does not present the knowledge it was tasked to gather by the top of the week.
