Racist bullying of Black teen allowed to 'fester' in Quebec hockey program, mother alleges

A Montreal-area mom is submitting civil rights complaints towards a junior hockey program and an area faculty board after her 13-year-son was allegedly focused by racist insults and harassment from his friends. Nadine Hart claims her son was frequently referred to as the N-word by his teammates at John Rennie Excessive Faculty, and says he was punished when he tried to face up for himself.
