Recalled masks were worn by thousands of Quebec kids; feds say import rule wasn't followed

For months, hundreds of Quebec teenagers and preteens have been made to put on masks that turned out to be probably poisonous, made with graphene. CTV has discovered that the masks have been topic to little or no oversight and Well being Canada wasn't even conscious they'd been shipped to Canada.
