Report uncovers signs of violence, negligence at two Montreal long-term care homes

A government-commissioned report into the circumstances at two privately owned long-term care houses in Montreal has revealed widespread mistreatment of residents at each amenities. Les Residences Floralies places within the Lachine and LaSalle boroughs have been put beneath trusteeship on Sept. 1 amid allegations of poor care.
