'Time to reunite with our good habits': Masks strongly recommended again in Quebec

Quebec's well being minister is strongly recommending individuals put on masks in public because the province battles a 'spicy cocktail' of viruses overwhelming hospitals: COVID-19, influenza and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). The measure shouldn't be compulsory and the advice doesn't prolong to colleges and daycares.
