Urgences-sante recognized for efforts to recruit female workers

Awarded by the Ladies in Governance group, the certification acknowledges companies and teams for his or her efforts to recruit ladies staff and promote gender equality. Whereas emergency care providers are historically male-dominated, the Urgences-santé paramedic workforce now boasts 25 per cent ladies. In administration, the proportion is larger at almost 30 per cent.
