Westmount city workers on strike for a week starting Thursday

Blue-collar staff within the Metropolis of Westmount plan to strike for every week beginning Thursday. The 124 members of the Syndicat des cols bleus regroupes de Montreal -- an area of the FTQ-affiliated Canadian Union of Public Staff (CUPE) -- already walked off the job for 2 days, then three, in current months.
