Why was the Quebec election called so quickly?

Not even 10 minutes after the polls closed, Quebecers have been informed that they had elected a majority CAQ authorities. The rationale the Oct. three Quebec election was referred to as so quick was twofold: giant variety of superior votes and the CAQ's insurmountable lead.
