Mexican authorities make arrest in mid-May killing of Quebec man at seaside town

Mexican authorities say they've made an arrest within the killing of a Quebec man earlier this month within the Pacific coast seashore city of Puerto Escondido. The Oaxaca state lawyer basic says in a press release issued Friday that an arrest warrant was executed for a person in Puerto Escondido recognized solely by his initials in reference to the murder of Victor Masson.
