Montreal to pay $3 million to protestors whose rights were violated by city police

The Metropolis of Montreal can pay greater than $three million to a whole lot of protestors whose rights have been violated by metropolis police. The settlement will finish eight long-running class motion lawsuits towards the town that allege individuals in six protests have been illegally arrested or detained by police and have been unable to train different elementary rights.
